BFSS International Link Scholarship SchemeEvery year the Society supports a number of students going to developing countries to teach for a minimum of six months provided that they are doing this through a known charity or twinning arrangement. Cardiff, University of Wales Instistute - Financial Contingency FundThe Welsh Assembly Government provides discretionary funds to help UK* students who receive student loans for living costs but need extra financial help to meet particular costs which are not already being met from statutory (or other) sources of funding. £3,500 www.cardiff.ac.uk
Durham University - Durham Grant SchemeThe Durham Grant Scheme provides money on top of student loans and grants to full-time home undergraduates and PGCE students in receipt of the Maintenance Grant from Student Finance England. £10,300 www.dur.ac.uk
